We will personally meet and sit down with the customer to go over scheduling, color selections/samples or anything else they may need, including live paint samples for free. We comply with all standards and safety requirements set by OSHA,the E.P.A. and are experienced with the use of scaffolding and tall lift equipment for exterior painting projects.

In order to ensure your complete satisfaction, we begin and end every job with a personal consultation between you and our management team. We are committed to providing the highest quality service and craftmanship with each and every job. We treat your house with the respect it deserves.

1. Move items out of the direct path of the project area.
2. Protect non-project areas with drop cloths and plastic. Furniture is covered with plastic first and then drop cloths. Doorways leading to other rooms are sealed with plastic to minimize dust travel.
3. Tighten loose screws and hammer loose nails as needed.
4. Remove hardware from walls to ensure thorough paint application.
5. Scrape and sand surfaces by appropriate method (machine, hand, wire brush) to eliminate dirt, peeling paint and old layers of paint to to maximize final result.
6. Caulk, compound, tape, putty and plaster surfaces as needed.
7. Prime bare wood, bare metal, stained surfaces and surfaces changing color to maximize the final result.
8. Paint is applied in two coats unless the customer requests that one coat be applied.
9. The job site is cleaned of all materials, debris and tools at the end of each workday. Work dust is vacuumed daily.
10. Discuss progress daily and ask/answer questions as required.
